a supportive community living A YOGIC LIFESTYLE

teaching yoga DIFFERENTLY

yoga was meant to be practiced on and off the mat, so i created a studio that echoed this.

I am a firm believer that living a full, nourishing life is our birthright and that yoga provides us the tools to do so. Yoga isn't just a workout, but a practice of nurturing the mind body connection and remembering that you are not a human with a soul, but a soul having a human experience.

Starting this practice can be intimidating, which is why I created the studio to be the space for you to explore what best serves you and learn how to leave the rest. My goal is to shift the conversation around what yoga is and help you discover that living intentionally is the best form of yoga you can practice.

experience postpartum life as it was meant to be lived

Hey there,

I'm Jeana

Born and raised in the Heartland (Kansas), I stepped on my mat for the first time with a skeptical attitude. That was five years ago - now my mindset has shifted and yoga has influenced everything in my life from how I love my husband and two daughters to why we are renovating a school bus into your tiny home to put on our homestead.

Sharing the practice with all of you is a huge part of my dharma (life's purpose) but that's just one piece of the puzzle that makes up who I am! I love walking barefoot, sipping wine in my family's vineyard, moving with the moon, eating chocolate by the pound, and snuggling up with my Newfie, Opie, and a good book.

I believe that we were given the free-will and power to create the life we want, as long as we get out of our own way and learn to nurture the mind-body-spirit connection within ourselves and the nature around us.
